Where Kentucky meets Cognac, tradition meets transformation.

There's a reason Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey tastes the way it does. Charred new American oak. Seven years of aging. Bold, classic, unapologetically American character that's been refined over centuries.

But what if that wasn't the end of the story?

This whiskey begins as a 7-year Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, aged in charred new American oak barrels. Bold. Classic. The foundation every bourbon enthusiast recognizes. But then comes the transformation. Toasted French oak staves sourced from Tonnellerie Radoux cooperage (one of the most revered cooperages in the Cognac region) introduce a layer of Old World precision without overwhelming the spirit's American soul.

This is the boisé process, a technique inspired by five generations of Cognac-making heritage. By carefully adjusting the surface contact and toast level of these French oak staves, the finishing process draws out nuanced flavors without overwhelming with tannins. Toasted oak staves macerated directly into aging spirit. Patient. Precise. Transformative.

The result bridges continents. Kentucky's backbone meets France's finesse. American boldness gains European refinement. Something emerges that couldn't exist if borders actually mattered.
