15-YEAR

Price

$149.99

Patience rewarded. Fifteen years, then transformed.

Fifteen years.

That's how long this whiskey spent in used bourbon barrels, earning its depth the slow way. Through time. Through patience. Just the European philosophy of intentional aging, where every detail matters.

Fifteen years builds character that can't be faked. A richness that only time can create. The spirit develops naturally, without force or rush. Most distillers would bottle it at this point. The whiskey has earned its complexity. It's ready. It's complete.

But there was an opportunity to ask what becomes possible when European philosophy meets American whiskey at its finest. When fifteen years of patience meets the careful precision of French oak finishing.

The transformation comes from toasted French oak staves sourced from Tonnellerie Radoux, one of the world's most revered cooperages. Applied through the boisé process, a rare method rooted in French winemaking, where oak is toasted and macerated directly into aging whiskey. This isn't a correction. This is elevation. The French oak introduces notes of dark cacao, ripe stone fruit, and roasted nuts, carried by an elegant warmth of clove and ginger.

This is whiskey that honors both traditions. The American foundation of bold bourbon character aged to perfection. The European finishing technique that adds refinement without compromise. The result is structured yet expressive. Composed yet layered. A whiskey that rewards slow sipping and discerning palates, where every pour reveals something deeper, rarer, unforgettable.
